2027 Vendors

We welcome you to the Alabama Thespian Festival. Join us for the best two days of high school theatre in Alabama attended by over 1,000 students, parents, and theatre directors.

You can participate at our conference as a(n):
VENDOR (one who sells merchandise and/or goods)
EXHIBITOR (one who displays and/or distributes information)

LOCATION

Vendors, exhibitors and colleges will be provided table space in the common areas of Vestavia Hills High School at 2235 Lime Rock Road, Vestavia Hills, Alabama 35216.

EQUIPMENT

We provide you with one 8 foot table and two chairs. Please indicate on the application if you need power (extension cords must be provided by vendors/exhibitors). Vendors should bring their own table coverings. Additional tables and booth space are available through Sponsorship. Booths will be assigned in the order your contract and payment is received. Prime locations are available only through sponsorship.
Vendors/Exhibitors may not put the Thespian logo on their signage unless they are an official sponsor. Use of music or live singing as part of the exhibit may not interfere with one or more neighboring booths.

BOOTH SCHEDULE

Set-up: Friday, February 12th from 3 pm
Registration for Schools: 4 pm
Pack Up: Saturday, February 13th from 5-7pm
